专利说明:
"Wiper blade" Field of the invention The present invention relates to a wiper blade comprising a plastic support, having two retaining rails directed in the longitudinal direction of the wiper blade and facing each other and towards the blade of the wiper blade. wiping, these rails forming in section a substantially rectangular gap with a longitudinal slot and for receiving the spar forming the back of the wiper blade, the support having a plastic baffle and at least one elastic rail, with a d coupling located in the median zone of the support and / or attached to the elastic rails. State of the art DE 198 01 058 A1 discloses a windscreen wiper blade having a plastic support having two opposite, longitudinally directed mounting rails for a windscreen wiper blade. These rails form between them an interval of substantially rectangular section with a longitudinal slot. The gap receives a rear spar of a wiper blade with a small clearance. The low clearance facilitates assembly and promotes the folding of the wiper lip in the reversing position of the wiper blade. According to one embodiment, in the central hollow profile, above the fixing rails, there is an elastic rail constituting a support element. To influence as little as possible the elastic characteristics of the spring rail by the support, the fixing rails and / or the hollow profile comprise transverse slots for the elastic members. According to another embodiment, each longitudinal side of the support comprises a longitudinal groove receiving as support member an elastic rail. To ensure that the wiper blade is properly seated against the glass in difficult windows and at high traffic speeds, a deflector is fitted on the support. This one is formed either standing or hanging on the support. In practice, the support is divided transversely in the middle so that the two parts can be slid from the ends on the wiper blade or the elastic rail and are locked in the central zone by a clipping device. According to the embodiment, a connection element is attached either to the support or to the elastic rails by means of which the wiper blade is hingedly connected to a wiper arm. According to the document FR 2 868 376 A1, there is known a windscreen wiper equipped with a plastic support having two support or fixing rails, opposite to the wiper blade; these rails form in section a substantially rectangular gap with a longitudinal slot for receiving a spar the back of a wiper blade. The support, whose upper side comprises a deflector, has a central longitudinal channel between, on the one hand, the fixing rails, and, secondly, between the baffle for receiving an elastic rail serving as a support member. In the central zone, there is a window in the baffle for receiving a coupling element. The longitudinally divided coupling member surrounds the support by its U-shaped profile open inwardly at the elastic rail. The U-shaped profile has transverse edges which penetrate the wall of the support during assembly and come in cuts or notches of the elastic rails and block the connecting element in the longitudinal direction. According to another embodiment, the coupling element has at the edges, further bosses or centering cams penetrating into corresponding cuts of the support. The coupling element and the elastic rail are thus centered and locked relative to the support. It is further known from DE 101 20 467 A1, a wiper blade having a wiper blade whose head bar has two longitudinal longitudinal grooves. These grooves serve to receive two resilient rails constituting support elements on which is fixed a baffle guide grooves. The deflector comprises two longitudinal zones made of different materials, namely the longitudinal zone which mainly serves the deflector functions with leading surfaces, and manufactured in a material that is more flexible than the longitudinal zone surrounding the outer parts of the elastic rails by the guide rails. In the middle area of the wiper blade, a window was cut in the deflector by water jet cutting. This window receives a coupling element for the wiper arm; this element is attached to the elastic rails. As the two-material baffle has an identical profile over its entire length, it can be manufactured economically by a multi-material extrusion process. The same applies to another embodiment in which the wiper blade has a central hollow profile for an elastic rail. The area of the wiper blade, adjacent to the hollow profile, is of harder plastic material than the adjacent baffle zone or the wiper blade area. Description and advantages of the invention The present invention relates to a wiper blade of the type defined above, characterized in that the baffle preferably comprises a longitudinal channel and is made of plastic material more flexible than that of the support. The deflector has a longitudinal channel and is made of a plastic material less hard than the support. The wiper blade according to the invention has a compact, aerodynamic shape, making it easy to install and replace the wiper blade. In addition, the wiper blade has, thanks to its guidance with a small clearance in the support, a good tilting behavior or folding in the reversing positions of the wiper blade. At the same time, the softer material of the deflector relative to that of the support improves the bending elasticity of the wiper blade around the pivot axis of the wiper blade; the elastic characteristics of the elastic rail functioning as a support element are thus not deteriorated. As material for the baffle is used above all a thermoplastic elastomer known abbreviated as TPE. Finally, the wiper blade according to the invention can receive a fixed coupling element without being welded. According to a development of the invention, the support and the deflector are made in the form of separate parts. The support comprises a fixing element cooperating with a fastening element of the baffle by a connection by the shape and slidable in the longitudinal direction. The lateral branches of the deflector rely on the lateral support side members of the support. The fasteners provide a dovetail guide and the fastening rails form fasteners of the support and the guide rail constitutes the attachment member of the deflector or vice versa. Due to the connection by the shape, allowing a longitudinal sliding between the support and the deflector, the baffle does not hinder substantially the flexibility of the flat support member. To attach a coupling member to the wiper blade, the baffle is divided in its middle region and forms a window for receiving the coupling member. This element penetrates into cutouts of the support by claws or protruding parts and the claws surround the elastic rail (s). The cutouts block the coupling member in the longitudinal direction of the wiper blade while the bent claws block the coupling member in the direction of the vertical axis. The position of the window and the connecting member may differ depending on the application of the center position and be moved either to the drive side or to the other side of the wiper blade. According to another development of the invention, the connecting element comprises a sheet claw and a cap provided with connection profiles for the deflector connected by an intermediate piece. The cap dresses the window of the coupling element and forms a harmonious junction between the ends of the divided baffle. The intermediate piece has lateral guide slots by which it bears laterally against the support or the elastic rails. In addition, it has opposite cams, facing each other and adapted to the cutouts of the support. This locks the position in the longitudinal direction relative to the support in the axial direction. Two elastic rails can be provided in the lateral longitudinal grooves of the support or a single elastic rail housed in a central longitudinal channel of the support. The claws are curved assembly to be pushed against the elastic rails or the walls of the support surrounding the elastic rails. If a cap is removed it may be sufficient that the claws of the coupling element comprise steps or recesses penetrating into the cutouts of the support and the parts of the claws adjacent to the steps surround the elastic rail or rails. If the support and the deflector are manufactured by extrusion with several materials, it is advantageous that the deflector comprises in its central zone a cutout of which the long longitudinal sides, remaining, are made in the softer material of the deflector. On assembly, the bottom of the coupling element will be pressed against these residual strips by the claws which surround the elastic rails. The coupling element is thus blocked by a force connection in the longitudinal direction. The support, the deflector and the wiper blade are locked at the end of the wiper blade, advantageously by the end caps clinging by snap-in beaks into corresponding lateral cutouts of the support or elastic rail. drawings The present invention will be described hereinafter in more detail with the aid of exemplary embodiments shown in the accompanying drawings in which: - Figure 1 is a perspective view of one end of a wiper blade; according to the invention without the end cap, - Figure 2 is a perspective view of a support of the wiper blade of Figure 1, - Figure 3 shows the wiper blade of FIG. 1 equipped with an end cap, FIG. 4 is an exploded view of the central part of the wiper blade of FIG. 1, FIG. 5 shows a variant of FIG. Description of the embodiments A windscreen wiper blade 10 comprises a plastic support 12 whose lower side, turned towards the window of the vehicle or windshield, is connected to a wiper blade 14 while on its opposite side there is fixed a deflector 38. The wiper blade 14 comprises a lip 20 connected to a head bar 16 via a tilting spacer. The head bar is itself connected by a spacer to a rear bar 18 guided in longitudinal sliding and held in a fixing element in the form of two mounting rails 36, opposite, of the support 12. The fixing rails 36 form in section an intermediate volume substantially of rectangular section with a longitudinal slot. The head bar 16 is surrounded with a small clearance in this intermediate volume. The fixing rails 36 are formed on the lower side 26 of a hollow profile 22 of the support 12. The upper side 24 of the hollow profile 22 comprises fixing rails 34 symmetrical with respect to the fixing rails 36, and between which receiving a T-section guide rail 44 of the baffle 38 longitudinally slidably and thereby held. On both sides of the fastening rails 34, the support 12 has, in the lateral extension of the upper side 24, support rails 28, lateral, against which the deflector 38 rests with its branches 40. The ends of the spars support 28 have cutouts 30. These cutouts serve to block the end caps 46 which cling to the assembly with inwardly facing bosses, not shown, in the cutouts 30. The end caps 46 cover the face front end of the deflector 38 with its longitudinal channel 42 and the front face of the support 12 defining the freedom of axial movement of the deflector 38, the wiper blade 14 and a guide rail 56 constituting the support member placed in the hollow profile 22 of the support 12. In the central area of the wiper blade 10 which may be more or less offset from the middle of the drive side end of the wiper blade 10 or toward the other end, the deflector 38 is transversely divided. at the longitudinal axis; both parts of the baffle 38 form a window 39 for receiving a coupling member 48 for connecting the wiper blade 10 in a hinged manner to a not shown wiper arm. The coupling element 48 mainly comprises a bottom 50 provided with claws 52. The claws form a step 54 with respect to the bottom 50. On assembly, the coupling element 48 is placed on top of the support 12, the steps 54 taking in the cutouts 32 support rails 28. The coupling element 48 is thus locked in the longitudinal direction relative to the support 12. Then the claws 52 are folded around the hollow profile 22 with the rail elastic 56 so that the coupling element 48 is also locked to the support 12 in the direction of the vertical axis. The coupling element 48, like the coupling elements 68 and 108 of FIGS. 6 and 11, comprises bearing elements for the articulation; however, to avoid complicating the drawing, these elements are not represented; they are shown by way of example only in the case of the connecting element 116 according to FIG. 13. The wiper blade 10 of the embodiment of FIG. 5 comprises a support 58 which surrounds by the fixing rails 60, the rear bar 18 of the wiping blade 14. The hollow profile 59 of the support 58 receives the elastic rail 56. This rail exceeds a certain length of the wiper blade 14 relative to the front face of the support 58 and in this zone it comprises lateral cutouts 64 for fixing the end caps 46. The side upper of the hollow profile 59 is formed by a deflector 62 made by a multi-material extrusion process. This deflector is formed in a softer material than the support 58 and forms a longitudinal channel 64 with the upper surface of the support 58. In the central zone, the deflector 62 has a cutout 74. This cutout has on its long sides, residual strips 63 made of the softer plastic material of the deflector 62. The cutouts 74 serve to receive a coupling element 68 whose claws 72 are bent around the hollow profile 58 with their elastic rail 66 and push the bottom 70 of the connecting member 68 against residual strips or rails 63. Thus, coupling element 68 is simply locked by a force connection in the longitudinal direction of support 58. The wiper blade 10 of the embodiment of Fig. 8 has a carrier 76 made of a harder plastic material. The support 76 comprises a rear bar 78 connected by a web 80 to the fixing rails 82. These rails are opposite and leave between them a longitudinal gap and an intermediate space of substantially rectangular section to receive the rear bars 18 of the blade. Wiping 14. Between the rear bars 78 of the support 76, on the one hand, and the fixing rails 82, on the other hand, there are longitudinal grooves open on the side receiving the elastic rails 84. These rails protrude laterally from each other. a certain distance from the grooves so that a deflector 88 can be engaged with the longitudinal guides 90 on the projecting portions of the elastic rails 84 or be clipped in place. The deflector 88, which is preferably made of a softer plastic material, for example a thermoplastic elastomer, has a longitudinal channel 94 and a clearance 92 between the longitudinal guides 90 for the rear bar 78 of the support 76. The support 76 and the wiper blade 14 protrude a certain distance in the longitudinal direction relative to the end face of the baffle 88. In the projecting portion, the elastic springs 84 have cutouts 86 for securing the end caps 46. . In the central zone, the deflector 88 is divided transversely to the longitudinal direction of the wiper blade 10; both parts of the deflector 88 form a window 96 (Figure 12). A coupling element 108 is placed in this window. The coupling element 108 is in two parts. It comprises a cap 98 and a sheet claw 109. The cap 98 dresses the window 96 because the connection profiles 100 harmoniously join the end faces of the parts of the deflector 88. An intermediate part 102 connects the connection profiles 100. lateral guide rails 104 are guided on the long sides of the elastic rails 84 while the bosses or cams 106 facing inwards are taken in corresponding cutouts 114 of the rear bar 78 of the support 76. The cap 98 is thus fixed to support 76 in the longitudinal direction. The claw sheet 109 is placed from above on the cap 98 in the installed state; the bottom 110 and the claws 112 pass between the guide rails 104 projecting from the cap 98. The upper side of the bottom 110 advantageously joins the upper limit of the guide rails 104 so that the metal claw 109 is placed in the cap 98. By bending the claws 112 around the intermediate piece 102 and the elastic rails 84 is blocked the coupling element 108 in the direction of the upward axis or vertical axis. The sheet claw 109 has non-detailed bearing elements. FIGS. 13 and 14 show a simplified variant of the embodiment of FIGS. 8 to 12. In this case there is no cap 98, so that the coupling element 116 essentially comprises a bottom 118 on which are 120. The claws 120 are connected to the bottom 118 by a step 122. When the connecting element 116 is applied from above to the support 76, the claws 122 come into corresponding cutouts 124 of the rear bar 78, which guarantees locking in the longitudinal direction. The claws 120 are then bent around the resilient rails 84, which locks the coupling member 116 in the direction of the upward axis or vertical axis. For the coupling element 116, there are shown as bearing elements two side walls 126 carrying a bearing sleeve 128. The bearing sleeve 128 may constitute the hub of a hinge pin of the wiper arm or serve as a hinge pin for the hub of the wiper arm. In principle, one can also have other bearing elements and other provisions as is known in the state of the art. The bearing members 126, 128 are given by way of example only of all the coupling elements of the illustrated embodiments.
